In 1983, Henry and Janice Ford opened a little produce market in Sheridan, Arkansas. Their faith in the Lord and love for the community guided everything they did. What started as a family stand grew into something bigger, and Henry's barbecue and Mom's home cooking became what people kept coming back for.

Our mother, Janice, gained her wings in 2021, but her love and hard work are still in everything we do. More than 40 years later, Henry and Janice's family has grown big and wide, with children, grandchildren, and more, and Uncle Henry's BBQ is still family-owned and still serving up real Southern barbecue, hot and fast, to Sheridan and central Arkansas the way Mom and Dad always did, with faith, family, and a whole lot of heart.
